The Piano is the foundation of Western music education. Its complete chromatic layout makes it the ideal first instrument for understanding music theory, harmony, melody and rhythm simultaneously. Piano training at Swar Kala Sangam follows the Trinity College London curriculum — one of the world's most respected and internationally recognised music examination systems.
Our Piano and Keyboard programme covers sight-reading (reading musical notation in real time), scales and arpeggios, repertoire (classical and contemporary pieces), music theory, and technical exercises. Students progress through a clearly defined Grade 1–8 pathway with international examinations.
At Swar Kala Sangam, piano students benefit from expert teachers, quality instruments and a structured curriculum that has produced consistent Trinity College London examination successes. Classes are available from age 5 in Gurgaon and online across India.
